For all you WICHE people out there, I'm wondering how the adcoms view you as far as residency (and thus admission slots).
Do they put you in the
a) in-state pile
b) out-of-state pile, but given strong priority after in-staters
Perhaps the guidelines vary by state and by school, but any hard facts you guys have will be very useful!
