Will an introductory course in anthropology or sociology help me more on the 2015 MCAT?

Which course will help me better prepare for the "Psychological, Social, and Biological Foundations of Behavior" section of the 2015 MCAT. What is anthropology about anyways? Is anthropology useful in medicine?

Anthropology is "the study of man". Sociology will be more helpful.
