Northwestern is a far reach and Virginia Tech accepts few who are not from the state or region. You could add these schools:
Seton Hall
TCU-UNT

Hi Faha,

I just wanted to give you an update on my school list since you've been very helpful (and I don't want to make a new post).

I've added:

Rowan Cooper
Seton-Hall
UCR

Not submitting secondaries to:
U Miami (require 2 quarters biochem)
CHSU (for profit)
Cal U Med & Science (for profit)
U Louisville (IS preference)
Nova Southeastern (very long secondary for 20 spots)

I was waitlisted for an interview at AZCOM. Should I add any more? What do you think my chances are? Thank you!

You could a few more DO schools. Consider any of these:
CCOM
DMU-COM
ATSU-KCOM
MU-COM
UIWSOM
VCOM (all 3 schools)
CUSOM

Do you think I have a chance at any schools I have now?

Yes, the GPA-MCAT grid shows you have a 50% chance for a MD acceptance. If you do not have several II from DO schools by October add some of the schools I suggested.

Thank you, that makes me feel better haha.

Just be aware Cooper accepts roughly ~30% OOS and gives priority to NJ residents
You could also add LECOM (all 3 campuses)
