Will Physicians salaries be going down

DO you guys think that the salaries of doctors will be going down and lets say ten or 20 years from now will it be half of what it is now?

maybe not down..but they will probably not keep up with inflation (so in essence, they are going down)...but, hopefully the pendulum will be swinging our way somewhere down the line if we decide to stop HMO's from controlling medicine!
