Will the COVID-19 Ag test "break through" be even more of a trainwreck than the ab test??

Now everyone is talking up the antigen test. I use the "if it's on NPR then its likely what most idiots are thinking" analysis to reflect on this.

Given antigen testing is typically nowhere near as sensitive and specific as PCR AND even PCR is garbage ("garbage" as in 80% sensitivity down to 54% depending on site sampled and time after initial symptoms) I assume this will be another fun trap for us to deal with.

Seems the media wont let the "test, test, test"mantra die already even though to all sane minds it appears we have already lost this part of the fight.

Any bets on sensitivity/specificity of horizontal slide assay for the antigen tests?? 80%/85% or closer to 60%/80%?
