With this PCAT scores, are these ok to apply to UH?

I took the PCAT last month and the preliminary scores are
VA: 22
BIO: 74
RC: 13
QA: 88
CHEM:95
COMPOSITE: 66
That was my first attempt. I already applied for Jan PCAT. But if I wait for Jan PCAT score and apply, it is going to be considered for Fall 2014 application. I really want to apply for next Fall. (otherwise, some of my college courses would be over 5 years)
My concern is that with those scores, do I have a chance to apply to UH?
My GPA is 3.9, I don't know how to calculate my Science GPA but all my Science classes are A.
Anyone, please help!!!

I don't know anything about UH but I would go ahead and apply. Especially if you have good recs and some experience.

I would apply everywhere!!!! some schools dont even require the pcat so you might look in to those too!!! Goodluck!!!
