I don't know if it's possible. You won't get a refund. You can just ignore the secondaries when they come from the schools. To play it safe I would call AMCAS and ask if it's possible to withdraw the applications before they are transmitted so that way when you apply next time you won't have to check the box "have you applied to this school before". If the schools never receive a primary application from AMCAS then you never officially applied there. Call ASAP!!! I don't know the AMCAS number but it should be on the website.
