Just wondering if there was a protocol for withdrawing your application BEFORE submitting your secondaries? Do you have contact your designated schools letting them know you will not submit a secondary? Thanks for your help.

I think you just don't pay them their check.

You just don't submit a secondary. You haven't really completed an application until you complete a secondary.
