So how bad is withdrawing from a class? I took a biochem class and didn't realize it was a graduate level class and everyone in my class was like 25 and i was 19 and it was very hard based solely on research papers. So I dropped it and have a W. Other than that I have a 3.93 science and total. What do you guys think?

its funny how you assume someone from harvard is the all knowing

ummm.....how did you not know it was a graduate class within the first few weeks, when you could drop it before the deadline of no W?

haha shucks!

seriously though, i withdrew from a class once. i may or may not be doomed... but not in the getting into med school sense anyway

You could stick it out and have all the impressive experience to boost your application - some people might think you're wasting an opportunity by withdrawing. But if you do W, it probably won't hurt you.
