Working during full-time MPH

I am a physician and would like to have a clinic maybe one day a week (weekday prefered) while being a full time on campus MPH student at a top school. Assuming I get into such a school, do you think it is feasible for me to be able to spend a full weekday working each week (eg, every Friday)?
