working in corporate wellness/fitness

I was hoping some of you might have some suggestions on how people start working in this industry. I plan on becoming a clinician (either a PA or NP), but because of my background in fitness and exercise, I would love to get into the business side of fitness and overall corporate wellness/management. Do I need any other degrees in order to pursue this field as well (ie MBA, MPA, etc)? Or is it possible with a background in fitness and as a clinician to make it up in this industry? If there are some of you out there that currently work in this industry, I would definitely like some feedback!
