worldwide medical education institue opinion

Dose any one know anything about the worldwide medical education institue progams . Are they legit. Is it possible to do the first two years of basic science medical education at an internationl medical school and transfer back to a U.S medical school for the remaider two years and practice in the U.S. This program head quarters is located in New Jersey; is there any truth in it?
