I'm a straight A student- meaning so far I get mostly A's and a few A-'s. But already I got a B+ in one English class, and I might end up with a B in an English class I'm currently taking...
How much can a few B's affect me on my application to med school (given that I have a pretty good MCAT score and enough clinical experience and volunteer/extracurriculars)? My top choice of schools is UMASSMED

Really? A couple of Bs won't hurt you one bit. Relax.

Not sure what all the new-blooded neuroticism is about of recent.

A couple of Bs won't hurt you. I got 3 Cs in college and a few Bs and my gpa is still fine. Do well in what you can't don't sweat the small stuff as long as you have a competitive regular and sci gpa. Chill, you'll have to deal with far worse things than a few Bs in college in your life. Don't sweat the small stuff, it's not going to do you any good and it's not a big deal.

Hahaha wow. Yeah...I mean it's all relative, but don't worry about a couple of "bad" grades lol
