Is it too late to apply for the 2017-2018 cycle? If not how long does the application process take?
Canadian Applicant with a 3.8 GPA and MCAT: 127/125/132/131 (515)
Do I have a chance at any high-tier schools?

High tier? No. MSU? Possibly. Invest in MSAR and target schools that accept more than a tiny handful of internationals. And the ~14 DO schools that take Canadians. Mine doesn't, alas.
