On the other secondaries, there wasn't the option to include what I'd be doing over the course of the year. Over the course of the year, I've been working as an ER scribe (40-40+ hrs/wk) while trying to work out a schedule to continue my undergraduate research (hasn't worked out yet, as my schedule and my PI's hasn't allowed for it). I included scribing and the intention to continue my research in my primary, so it's not "new" information per se, but would it have any impact to include this as an update to schools? And, if so, only to schools I've interviewed with/will interview with, or to all schools I've applied to/am complete at.

Oh, and LOIs are virtually worthless, right?

Thanks in advance everyone!!
Schools focus on what interests them. If they didn't include a space to include it, it is not a priority for them.
Are you really considering contacting schools with the information that nothing has changed since you applied?
