Would any Rad Oncs ever consider starting a private practice partnership with a board certified medical physicist? Is this common? If not, is it because the Rad Onc would rather start their own practice and just hire a physicist?

As a budding medical physicist, how can I work towards doing this? It would be my dream! Save up truckloads of cash and start asking around?

Have an extremely high risk tolerance and be prepared to live in an extremely rural area.
