Would anyone be willing to look over my LOI and CV?

So basically I thought I was a strong candidate, but I am so far getting nothing but rejections from programs and the only ones left are the competitive AMCs. I am trying to prepare for phase II from now, and am wondering whether I need to get completely new letters of rec or if there is something glaringly wrong with my LOI or CV. I sent this stuff to pharmacists I know before phase I and didn't get too much feedback. Would anyone be able to help me by taking a look. If my cv and loi are ok then I know its one of my LORs. I've done nothing but think of residency for all of school and to not match is one thing but to get 0 interviews is devastating me.
