Not sure what you mean by discrimination. Are you saying that of two foreign medical graduates with identical statistics applying to the same residency program, if one happens to be American he/she will be passed over in favor of the non-American? Or do you expect American graduates from foreign medical programs to be given the same preference as those graduating from US medical schools, and if they are not they are being discriminated against?
