Which way would you like us to convince you? It sounds like you want us to say it's ok to rank Hopkins first.

What concerns you about Duke "built in" fellowship? All the Boston programs have the same 3+2 programs as well.

Yeah i definitely realize both are great choices as are plenty of other programs. Always trying to make the best choice and need to decide if/when to send a letter of intent assuming it would even make a difference at this point.
