Do not take the online classes for the MCAT. Have already had multiple problems with them
2 classes cancelled- instructors did not show and 30 people just sat in the room waiting.

Schedule changed 3 times in one day to fit the instructor's schedule.

Tech support non-responsive for 3 days.

Huge mess.

I somewhat agree with you. I took the Kaplan Live-Online course starting about 3 months ago...and the instructors just get through the material too fast. And when I go to the Lesson-on-demand to try to understand what the instructor was talking about, it was actually worse. I couldn't understand what the person was talking because he was too fast.

I suggest getting the right books and just study by yourself 3-4 months before you're planning to take it.

If there has been so many problems, ask for a refund or a discount on the course or additional material that they give you for free. My experience with Kaplan has been EXACTLY the same. THEY MOVE WAY TOO FAST and they were also unpredictable (instructors were always late by 15+ mins) so I cancelled and am now studying on my own, which is working way better as long as you stay on schedule.

tried. Princeton review is completely unresponsive

I agree.. just finishing up the course and so far i'm not impressed. Too many issues and technical support doesn't seem to care even after countless e-mails. I would guess after spending that much $$ there wouldn't be any problems but that's not the case. Like others have said before, instructors go too fast (even after telling them) and if you fall behind on their schedule you're basically screwed, because you end up playing catch-up the entire time. At least when I take the test, if I end up not doing well afterwards, I won't have to regret not "investing" in a prep course. 🙄
