I think it's fine, but I don't know if it's going to help your case. It's probably better to write to the dean of admissions.
 
Although, I guess you could write your interviewer to ask abouy feedback regarding your interview if that's something you're worried about?

acceptable: yes
 
I don't see why it would be unethical. However, I agree that it may not make too much of a difference. In such cases, writing to the dean of admissions would be more appropriate, or perhaps writing a LOI if you are set on going to that school.
