wrong grade on school transcript

Hi, found school transcript shows a wrong grade on on rotation.
Should I just submit the application and send an updated transcript later.
Or, ask school to upload another correct transcript, then submit the application a few days later?

I'd submit everything else and wait for the correct transcript, especially if the mistake makes it look like you received a much worse grade than you really did.
