My child didn’t go to Aruba and didn’t proceed the student permit and visa procedure due COVID-19. They rejected refund the immigration fee although they promised to refund it several days ago. They are liars! The student financial department representative even told my son that the fee should be paid to Netherlands Embassy. My son didn't start this procedure, so this fee didn't transfer to Embassy, you must refund the fee! This money never belong to you!
A private school, for just $1800, it can be unexpectedly barefaced like this! What a shame!
The student financial department representative was really fraudulent, he promised me that he would refund my son the immigration fee $1800 in 3-5 business days. Yesterday my son called him, but he denied what he said several days ago and rudely reject to refund it. It is totally a liar and robber!
