What does a prioritized listing of ECs mean? Should I include all my ECS that I listed on the AMCAS, do I have to list them according to significance? Thanks!

I think I remember them specifiying the EC's from the AMCAS. I would include all of them, but you have to separate out the honors/achievments for a second list.

Do you have to list them according to order of importance? Also would attending at a research conference or presenting at journal club count as achievement?

Yes, in the order of significance to you. I'm speculating that it may stimulate discussion during interviews, or perhaps helps them to evaluate the relative merit of each activity.
