Yale Secondary Certification... the neat and EASY way!

I started filling out the yale certification form by hand and decided that this was unprofessional and kinda sloppy. So I checked on their page if they say anything about not using html code to directly edit the page. Sure enough they suggest it and even give a link to a how to code html page somewhere.

A little bit of tweaking and about an hour later I make a general form of the certification form for EVERYONE to use and post on the web. Enjoy, and please, spread the word to all applicants you know.

Glad to see at least one person checked it out. As I dont have a counter, there was no way to tell if it was actually going to be used or not.
