Does the Yale status check tell whether you are offered an interview or not? Does it change when you are offered one? Accepted/rejected, etc.....

Nope, it doesn't change if you are offered an interview. They send out interview invites via e-mail, so there's no USPS lag. As far as acceptance/rejection, I don't know how they contact you. I think it is by mail, but they might e-mail you as well.
