Well it depends on where you are. In some states if you've completed your internship year and taken step 3, you can become licensed. You can likely get jobs willing to pay as high as $50/hour taking call at SNIFs, etc. they mostly just need you there in case someone codes or needs an airway, so depending on which field you're going to that may be interesting for you.
