You can do it for sure, but it'll be harder. it'll be just like being a non-traditional. You'll likely have to relearn a lot of the concepts. You can do it, though. uGlobe, Kaplan, and anki will be your best friends.
 
Graduated 2014, took the MCAT 2017 without a dedicated study period.
Scored 100th percentile, so it's certainly doable

I took the MCAT 6 years after graduating and scored above the 90%tile

Granted, I did take some post-bacc courses, but none that would be super helpful for the exam (like immunology). Totally doable!
