Geez! I've been on hold since 9:45 (est)
and it's now almost 11:45.
I'm sure this isn't the record...... just out of curiosity, any hope at getting through in under 3 hours?????
The last 2 times I called I was on held for at least an hour and a half then I was disconnected!
Thank heavens for this website, I can at least communicate to someone while waiting........and waiting.........and waiting...............snooze! zzzzzzzzzz

I suggest you to redial and try again. I called at 8:00(PST) today, got through in less than a minute.

I just hung up after 2.5hr.......
