youtube dental videos

So I just realized that there are a number of videos on youtube showing techniques for different procedures; most of them seem to be produced by misc. dental supply companies and I was wondering if any of the content could be considered trustworthy and/or beneficial. I intentionally excluded any link to a specific video and I realize that my question is somewhat ambiguous. I thought the videos were interesting but I didn't want to take them for more than they were worth.

Like anything on a free public internet site, stay skeptical. What I've seen looks all solid to me though.
