Most competitive/overlapping fields

I'd like to get some opinions on what the students feel is going to be the most entrenched upon or competitive specialty in medicine for the future. Meaning, FP's tend to compete with NP's and PA's, ophthamologists with OD's, psychiatry with psychology, etc. I can guess which might have little competition other than with their colleagues (cardiac surgery, neurosurgery, ortho, oncology, etc.)
 
Don't forget scumbag malpractice attourneys. They kill more patient's every year indirectly than physician mistakes do directly.
