Good texts for ventilator and Swan-Ganz

I'm about to start an ICU rotation in October. Just wondering if anybody can recommend some good texts for these two topics.

I have already read the corresponding chapters in the ICU Book (Mirano) and ACS textbook. They are helpful but not in depth enough.
