1 room available in a 3BR apartment in university city Philly (10-15 minutes walk to Penn and USP, 12-15 minute bike ride to Drexel, 20-25 minutes by subway to Jefferson). Rent is ONLY ABOUT $310!!! and includes most utilities (we pay internet and electricity). Room is fairly large. This is an excellent location, with a grocery store across the street, bus to center city a block away and the subway an 8 minute walk away.

Lease is 12 months long and starts June 1st, but we need to contact our landlord by January 15th to keep this apartment, since they would probably really love to kick us out and find someone else to charge them 200-300 bucks a month more.
