Searched and this has been discussed but the last time was 2015 so figured I'd ask an updated version since USMLERx seems to be improving every year. I'm an MS2, but don't take Step 1 until end of MS3, after the core clerkships. I will definitely use UWorld for the dedicated period at the end...
