You should be applying to schools with a 33 average MCAT to make up for your slightly-below-average GPA.
 
I'm in a very similar stats situation as you.

I'm planning on Loyola, Albert Einstein, Quinnipac, Penn, my state schools...Rush, Rosalind Franklin, Creighton

add dartmouth if you want rural research-focused. they like non-trads though
 
You're going to need to get in some more clinical volunteering, but everything else looks good.

I would leave out Dell Med. Getting into TX schools is going to be hard, and i'd spend the TMDSAS fee elsewhere if I were you. But of that list, you should be getting an acceptance somewhere.
