What kind of equipment is needed for private practice for any specialty and how do you find staff for your private practice. Can someone aware me on things needed to start private practice and info about this kind of practice. Thanks for the help.

Not trying to be rude or unhelpful...but...
Are you really a pre-medical student? If so, you have ~ a decade to figure this kind of stuff out. Additionally, who knows what the medical landscape will be like in 10 years!
