Tailoring PS to specific program?

Hello, I have gotten conflicting advice on whether or not to mention a specific program name's in the personal statement. In general, is this something that is expected or helpful for obgyn?

I'm going to quote myself:

I wouldn't recommend it. It won't help as much as you think, and adds in the potential of mistakenly naming the wrong program. That could be quite bad. It's basically risk with no reward.

It is not at all expected in this specialty. I'd much rather read about what draws you to the field. We can talk about program particulars at your interview.
