Apply to all your Texas TMDSAS MD and DO schools and you should receive interviews. For AMCAS schools you could try TCU and Tulane.

You are probably fine, but more community service is going to help you. Many Texas schools favor those who grew up in their region, and most want to see you serve diverse underserved communities outside of the clinic environment. I think you have it but your descriptions are too vague to confirm.
