Same thing happened to me in the Disney game on Day 3. I was at work and by the time I got back I was already lynched. I didn't even get to defend myself at all! And I had a cool protective role.

I think yes there is a chance, but I would say a higher chance of the initial theory. but something important to keep in mind.

.... i just realized that DVM and AKD are both reincarnated corpses. Basically, this is zombies and having a casual conversation about something secretive.

I assume its how delicious brains taste.
(and no, for those who dont get the humor, not implying they're evil. haha. just amusing to watch two previously dead people have secrets)

No matter how you write it, how you pronounce it, Sheepdogpsu was whisperered, then discussed, then shouted by EVERYBODY. Never was a bandwagon so thorough, quick, and unanimous. No one wanted to be on the wrong side of THIS vote. But General Arnold was a loyal British subject, does he deserve all of this hate?

He was quickly rounded up and given a few last words, since he had been "smiling" all day and night. He famously said "My name shall be carved in stone alongside the great traitors: Lucifer, Judas, and Arnold".

And so ended the tragic life of Benedict Arnold, aka General Arnold, the traitor, who could have chosen good, but didn't.

So sheepdogpsu had the option of choosing a side and had chosen the good side?! Or hadn't been yet forced to choose? I feel like this is not necessarily a good lynch

Sov said that she could have chosen good, I think it means she chose not to be, but I don't know. I think getting rid of a traitor is a good idea.

That's actually one reason I don't really like it when turns end early. I understand that on the balance, more people would like the games to move along, and so it's cool and probably in the interests of the common good... but for me specifically I'd be happier if I knew that turns would run to the deadline. Would make it easier to play because I wouldn't have to fret over missing some turn because I'm in class for four hours and .. oops .. the turn ended early.

I give it a good long chance (like yesterday) when it seems at all unclear what the outcome will be.
But I appreciate your input. :p

I had not meant for the statement to be so vague, I have edited it.

When I mean to be vague, that is fine, but accidentally vague is not.

I'm interpreting "could have chosen good, but didn't" as Sheepdog was given the opportunity to choose to be a villager, but did not take it.

It doesn't make sense that someone could be a wolf and go good - you'd know all the identities of the wolves - so it seems more reasonable that Sheep either started out good and went bad, or was given a choice right away at the beginning (and went bad). I suppose another theory would be that he was going to have a choice coming up but we didn't let it get that far.

In any case, I think it's a good lynch.

I wasn't criticizing you, and you'll note that I even conceded that it makes sense to move ahead. I was very specific in saying that for my particular case it makes the game a lot easier to know that a turn won't end until a certain time.

But it is frustrating to go to a morning of classes and come back to find two turns having taken place. Just the way it is for me - I'm not suggesting changing it, and I didn't make that suggestion in my first post.

I thought DVMD passed on a response to you from me, but just in case not: I had the same theory independently. I had a couple more variations on it than what DVMD passed back from you to Dyachei and me, but the bottom line was the same.

It's still lurking in the back of my mind ... it just seemed ... too odd. Ya know?

I received an item from Lissarae last night. Do people have a list of the functioning items so I can know it's state?

I'm sorry gang ... I'm running against the clock and don't have time to catch up. :( :(

The 8:30pm night deadline is east, right? So 7:30pm central? I'll try to get my PM in regarding this item as soon as I can, but I'm in path lab all afternoon and I've got too many PMs from Africa and Dyachei and DVMD - I'm not sure I can wade through it quickly. Trying!!
