Does anyone know how to get the Goljan Pathology Slides/pictures/photos?

You can get Rapid Review Pathology, for a selected set of these slides.

Per Dr. Goljan,

His 2006 version of the Rapid Review is coming out later this year (summer/fall.) It will contain 100 more pages of text, and 200 added color images.

He is giving us one chapter at a time for class notes, as he completes them.
