I interviewed at the University of Kentucky Thursday the 16th and found out yesterday that I've been accepted. I did do early decision though so they were required to notifiy me around this time.
Congratulations! That's wonderful news....now, you can just rest and not stress about applications and the agonizing waiting period for interviews. Way to go!!! =)
Congrats KYMonty!!! 🙂 Maybe we need to start a new Class of 2009 thread, to list accepted people, kinda like last year (and the year before) threads.
Thanks a lot. It really is an enormous burden off my shoulders and I can concentrate on enjoying this last year of undergrad before the real school begins.
GoHeel...we should totally start a 2009 thread and create a support system for those of us (like me!) who are applying for entrance in Fall 2005. We all could sure use the support!

I am WAY behind in my planned preparations. I am still choked on my personal statement, despite the help I have gotten. I guess I am scared of it, because I know how much rides on it.

I think a thread for those of us applying for 2005 is a great idea! I just finished the application process this week for the University of Florida Jacksonville Campus. Like jemc2000, I also agonized over the personal statement! I think I started in early July and turned the PharmCAS portion in at the end of August. I finally finished the UF supplemental application yesterday. It sure is a relief to have it done...but now I want an answer IMMEDIATELY!
Does anyone know how long it will take to get an answer from Florida. I know they have the rolling admissions and I am thinking I'll hear something in January. Is this realistic? Any info would be greatly appreciated!

I'm pretty sure that when applying early decision, u already have to have a PCAT score on file. So if you are applying fall 2006, it would be best to take it in the spring of 2006, like January.

I interviewed at Pacific Univesity school of Pharmacy on the 10th of December and I got my acceptance call on the 22 of Dec. I am in for class of 2009.
