Rejection after Interview

Can schools send out rejection letters prior to dec 1st after the interviews? if someone had an interview lets say in sept or oct, can they receive a rejection prior to dec 1st, lets say in nov.

The agreement is that ds will not send out acceptances prior to Dec. 1. Rejections are not part of this agreement.

believe me, they can reject you after interview before Dec 1st. I had a pre dec 1st blood bath last year.

Some schools even tell you that if you don't get rejected some time after the interview, you are either accepted or waitlisted.

Nova i hope, interviewed two weeks ago, and no rejection yet...hoping for that sunny weather

It also means that if they don't reject you before dec 1st, you have a better chance to get in. (it's like philosophy) 😀
