I have 6 days left and want to take another NBME Exam. Which is the better predictor of one's score, 3 or 4?

#4 just came onboard this year and #3 just before that, so both are new. If you take #1 and #2 fully prepared they seem to have been better predictors.... but that is all old data (before 3 and 4 came out) .. take #3 today and after seeing the results if you want to hit the defecient areas for 3 days, then take # 4 and then go over FA one more time and relax on the day before exam (easier said than done 🙂)...

Good Luck :luck: :luck: :luck:

here's my theory about why NBME two is considered the best score predictor, if EVERYONE here keeps telling everyone to keep the NBME 2 till the very end, then everyone does form 2 after they've studied and since the scores are a reflection of the mean of the test takers, then it would make sense that the one that most people are taking when they are most prepared is the one that's the best predictor...

i've just spent the past few hours studying biochem so my mind is fried, so if this makes no sense, please lap it up to biochemical encephalopathy

Sadly, there is a flaw in your theory. We SDN dorks make up about 1% of the total population of USMLE test-takers... we just don't have that kind of pull.
