Other than UCSF, what are some great research/clinical pharmacy schools?

UCSF is definitely on the list to apply to in 2010, but I'm curious what others have found.

Definitely interested in combining my research background with my pharmacy training in working with patients in Phase 1, 2 and 3 clinical trials (preferably for schools which focus on diabetes therapies and/or pain management).

UCSF fits the bill for almost all these criteria, but what are some others you've found?

University of Illinois-Chicago and University of Minnesota are a couple.

What is your background, out of curiosity?

I originally came up to the University of Washington in Seattle for their research, and I'll be starting in their pharmacy program in the fall. They do have a good emphasis on research, particularly in expanding the role of pharmacists.

Hi,

Univ of Washington, Univ of Michigan, Univ of Minnesota, Univ of N. Carolina, UCSD, Univ. of Wisconsin

Also consider:

Univ. of Maryland, Ohio St., Univ of Florida, Univ of Texas, Austin

All of the above + SUNY Buffalo, Rutgers, USC, and some others I can't think of right at the moment.
