I'm applying for optometry school this fall and I would like to be informed of any special, one of a kind features Berkeley and SCCO have to offer that makes then stand out. Anything else unique about the other optometry schools that draw in students???

many people dub Berkeley as "THE research school"

although i'm sure it's good for other stuff, my friend who went there for a year said that if you want to do research in optometry, you should go to berkeley (i've never checked it out myself, but ask others here who go there to see what they say)
