What scores where you getting in world a few weeks before the test?

I see a lot of scores for world, but no one really talks about when those scores were etc.

What kind of scores were you getting 3-4 weeks out from the exam?
Right before the exam? Were these unused questions or review?
And what was your score on step 1?

after finishing all the qs in UW and did all my wrong ones,
i was avgs 80-90% on UW on the repeat Qs on timed and random

usmle score was 230/96

If you don't mind me asking, what were your scores like when you were finishing up the unused questions and how far out were you?

Right now I am at 70-75% consistently on unused questions 3.5 weeks out, so I am just wondering if I need to step it up or if I am on track.

Your scores on repeat questions don't mean anything.

if you're scoring in the 70-75% range on NEW, random, timed questions then you are in great shape to hit 240+. I avg'd about 78% on my last 300 questions and scored 263/99.

unused on a consistent basis i was doing in the upper 60s or lower 70s

nbme 3 , 1 week out was 570

70-75% is on unused, random, timed tests.

I am aiming for 250, so that makes me feel a lot better.

Bump for more responses. I'm just starting the full-bore studying, and I've gotten 66% on my last two tests of 50 questions. Test day is June 18.

My cumulative is at 58% but the last 6 have been in the range of 66-74%. 74 was today 😀. I have 32% of the questions left to go. Goal: 230+. Test date: June 16. Hope it's doable.
