Current Mount Sinai Students please chime in!

How do you like the school? Any tip for a person who will be matriculating this fall? It seems like I won't have the $$ to go to the second look after all since I am going for sure, but still would like to learn as much about the school as I can. (Currently live on the west coast).

I'm not a med student there, but I've interviewed there, and you certainly can't beat the city life! Most schools I've visited were located in either quiet suburbs or not-very-nice/safe neighborhoods, so I think schools in young-student-friendly neighborhoods with a great nightlife are pretty uncommon. That said, New York City isn't for everyone. It's a bit too hectic and crowded for me, but hey, I'm used to living in wide open spaces, so it's just me.
