How do I report my AP scores to SOPHAS? Do I just send in a High School transcript?

AP credits that were awarded for university credit should appear on your undergrad transcript. AP scores don't have any bearing on your grad school application.

SOPHAS provides a special designation/classification for "Advanced Placement" in the coursework section. Otherwise, like Stories said, these credits appear on your undergrad transcript.
