my status page says "the system is unable to find your status at this time, please check back in a few days or contact us" what does that suppose to mean? i was complete since December.
 
I submitted October 20th and I was marked complete around December 15th, and I just got an invite Thursday for March 28th. I submitted pretty late though, so now I am kicking myself for not just spending the money and submitting earlier. 😱😱

I am still going because it feels good to interview at the school that is affiliated with the hospital I was born at.
 
Any recommendations for good and cheap nearby hotels?
 
I have an interview coming up about a week from now... does anyone have some idea what their acceptance schedule is like? Will I probably just be fighting for a waitlist spot now? :/

Yeah I think the progression of statuses after that is "Presenter's notes complete and ready for meeting" and then "Status about to change"

I'm sure you'll hear soon though! Maybe the next round? Good luck!
 
Am I the only one on here that was scheduled for Thursday 1/27 and had to reschedule to to the impending snow storm in the NYC area? Currently a tentative new date for Friday 2/4

Congrats! I submitted mine at the beginning of OCT but due to some issues I had to resubmit at like the beg of Nov and wasnt complete til like Dec 28th. I was really upset that it took so long for the office to tell me that they didnt accept my fee waiver which caused me to receive such a late complete date. I still love the school though and am praying for an interview
 
Just a word of advice for people who have received interviews scheduled into March, I would recommend calling the office and seeing if anyone has cancelled. I was able to reschedule mine to an earlier date and had my interview in mid-January instead!

Same. Mine was scheduled in March, but got it moved up to early January since I was in the area. If you really are interested in this school, I would definitely call and tell them that and ask for an earlier interview if someone cancels.
 
Does anyone know when and how often the committee meets?
 
Have any pre-interview rejections gone out? My preliminary screening was completed a long time ago, and I haven't heard anything, so it would be helpful to know if they've sent out any rejections already.
 
Anyone else have status about to change for about a week now? The anticipation is killing me!

+1. I'm assuming that it's bad news, I've had the preliminary screening status ever since they added the status button back in september or october lol.

i've had it since october, pre-interview. i asked them about it AND sent an update letter. all they said is that i am under review and a decision is about to be made.

...yes, from the status i can see that it's about to...
 
I interviewed here Dec. 17th and my status just recently changed to "presenter's notes complete and ready for meeting".
I haven't had any acceptances yet, so hopefully I'll hear some good news from Einstein soon!!

Decisions just released guys! Received notice of a waitlist decision by e-mail at 1:35 PM Eastern time. Interviewed on 12/3. Good luck all!

That's odd.... I interviewed 12/02 and didn't hear anything yet. Both waitlisted and accepted people have been notified... so I guess I know which pile I fell into 🙁. Wow... bummer.

Congrats to those accepted. It's a great school.

Nah man I wouldn't say that, I think my interviewer took a while to get her notes back to the meeting. Karayraisu interviewed on the same day as me and he heard back two weeks ago! Something I've noticed is that AECOM is consistently slower than you think they would be. I sent in my application only a few days after they released it, and the earliest interview date I was able to get was in December. I would say you still have a great chance of getting accepted, so don't let your hopes die just yet!

Same boat... I interviewed in December and already had the statuses about committee notes in, up for review, etc, and I've had a "status about to change" since last week, but haven't heard anything. Keeping up hope though, this is a great school.
 
Same as BullDog4Eva, my status is stuck at "Status about to change" for a week. It has went through "Presenter's note ready for meeting" etc, so I think it is a rejection. Interviewed end of Nov.

does anyone know if there is a high-priority and regular waitlist, or just one? (if one then how do you know where you rank?)
is the waitlist active?
what percentage of people on the waitlist make it in?

To those accepted/waitlisted, any idea how long you were "status about to change" for before getting notified?

I'm starting to worry I'm in the same boat of being silently rejected. Although, my status just switched to "about to change" today, and my interview was a bit later.

Do they email you with the standard...your status has been updated, or does the email simply say "accept, reject, waitlist" ?ARGGG the tension is unbearable!
 
I think later in the season they start to send emails out to people who are high priority on the waitlist, gauging the likelihood that you'll actually attend Einstein.

It took about two weeks from the "about to change" notice, IIRC. I received an e-mail which said "EINSTEIN - WAITLIST" in the subject heading. For the record, my status is still "about to change." I expect the only notice we get is by e-mail.

Thanks, that is a bit of a relief. And, now I can stop compulsively checking the status page 👍
 
Despite the acceptance, my status still says "About to Change." It changed to this status about a week and a half or so before getting notified today. Einstein sent the first batch of acceptances two weeks ago, so perhaps the next round is two weeks from today?

Wow, rejected via status. My interview went very well and my stats are above their averages, so this is definitely unexpected. However, I didn't send any correspondence post-interview since I would rather go to the other schools I've been accepted to and I felt that Einstein wasn't a good fit. I suppose they agreed.

Just checked my status after noticing so many posts saying they were "rejected through status update" and found that I myself got a "MD - Reject After Interview (letter sent)". I'm actually quite shock since I thought my interview went really well and that my interviewer and I really bonded.

I can't say I'm depressed over it, as I currently have 3 offers, with 2 of them being among my top choices.

Does this mean I am fighting for the wait-list?

Crap, I've been preliminary screening completed since early November...is this a silent rejection? I wish they could just tell me already
 
I hope for your sake, kchen22, and everybody elses' that it means that we still have a chance. I've only made it to that status more recently (middle of Jan).

I probably will have lost hope by the 3 week point. Dreaming for an invite...
 
everyone keeps referring to "checking their status" and finding out via their status page.... what are they talking about? How do I see my status? ( i already had interview at Einstein)

I thought I had a really good interview too. Congrats on the 3 other offers though. I've had 4 interviews with 2 rejections, one "under consideration", and one no word (Hofstra). This is the worst process I've ever been through.
