Welcome to the sign up thread of Big Brother: SDN Edition! This is quite a bit different than WW, but something fresh and new! It has some similar dynamics but be prepared to throw out everything you know about WW and learn new!

The most important part to note about participation is there are 3 deadlines a day. So be prepared if you sign up! We are super excited! So GO!
 
I think I want to participate, but I have no real idea as to what these games are about! Can someone catch me up? 🙂

Well this one is not your typical WW game. But, basically we will be running a modified WW game similar to the show Big Brother. There are deadlines you must participate at for this game to run smoothly. The point is to have fun and of course win!

If you have any specific questions let me know. (I am not trying to give to much away about our game, because we are super excited!)

Until we fill up. We are trying to start the game as soon as the Unknown WW game ends, but we shall see.

Basics Of Big Brother:
A group of people are thrown into a house and have to compete for head of household so they can nominate people to go home. There is a power of veto competition to save yourself. Then the house votes to evict one person. Once it gets to the end a winner is crowned.

Although Swings and I love the new dynamic of MVP from this year we will not be including this aspect in our game. We are sticking with the traditional BB for this game. Though if this game works well maybe we could do it again in the future with it!

Do you actually have to be around at these deadlines? Or just have sent in some type of action or whatever? I can't be around at 8PM (4AM my time) or at the 7AM time (if it starts today, tomorrow or Friday) but I can send in PMs plenty before then.

The 8pm is the end of the lynch deadline and the 7am is when results are posted and would notify you if you needed to be around for the 11am deadline. We are willing to move around the deadlines by a few hours of necessary.

No that is ok, just wanted to make sure I didn't have to be present for something, like the Iditarod game LIS and I ran. 🙂

yeah, that's not possible. I even tried to not subscribe to the thread (as I would previously see the emails and then jump onto the thread), but that just lead my OCD to check the thread every 10-15 minutes anyway...

but being away may have helped me calm down and let me actually, you know, be a human and only check every few hours, instead of taking a break from WW every few hours to get a few minutes of work done...
